PC--Adept Achievements not working for Huntress and Blight

I've had an issue with Huntress (and maybe Blight but I'm not sure) where I should have gotten the adept achievement but I didn't. As Huntress, I was able to get a 4k twice (with one of them being a dc) and the achievement didn't pop up, while as Blight I got a 4k but not a merciless victory (despite all of the awards at the end being iridescent). I used only their three perks with no add-ons, so I'm just confused as to what happened.

I'm even more confused because I got adept Nurse the same night I was trying to get adept Huntress, but for some reason the Nurse one counted while the Huntress one didn't. Any help would be appreciated!

    I couldn't get Adept Dredge tonight, so I think it might be all of the Adept Killer achievements.
