New Tome Challenge, Cartophile, incompleteable

I filled the progress bar for Cartophile to 100%, but when I went to the archives, it was at 0% and would not let me redeem it.
Twice this happened.
Cannot progress in the archive beyond this challenge until this is fixed.

Happened to me, doing it again fixed the issue although it's not hte first time when something like this happened.. Especially after last update with this new challenge UI in game.
