Custom match and Readying up

When i try to ready up it’s just greyed out and i cannot click it to become ready. and no i don’t have a wait time either i usually have to close the game and hope it lets me the next time i load in. and when i try to do custom matches with my friends we start loading in then we all “lose connection” which shouldn’t happen because we are all on wifi in different house holds. i know a ton of people who experience the same issues.
