Adept Oni achievement bugged on Steam

I was working on getting my last few Adept killer achievements on Steam. Had no issue with 4 of them then I got to Oni. When I got merciless the first run, with his perks, I didn't get the achievement. So I ran it again and the same thing happened. I didn't have this issue with any other killers.

I just encountered the same issue. I got merciless killer with Oni and just his perks 2 green addons and a BP offering. No achievement on Steam.

Same it was super weird I got adept ghost face and then played oni and got merciless+4k like 3 times and it never registered as adept oni on steam. Cant figure out what’s wrong.
