Iron Grasp Bug

Hello! I experienced a bug with iron grasp where no matter how long I wiggled, I was unable to wiggle off. My team sabotaged 3 different hooks in the process, and the Wraith was able to carry me all over the map to several different hooks before hooking me. My steam ID is 493134937 and my current ign is chaoscoordinator#cd9b, not sure if that helps to find the match and see the bug or not. I don't know how you all track those.
