A question for streamers regarding map brightness

Hey guys, I’m asking this question on behalf of a friend of mine who recently started streaming a bit of DBD. She plays on PS5 but streams through her PC using a capture card.

The quality of her visuals are quite good but the issue she’s having is the brightness discrepancy between maps. Without touching any settings some maps come across incredibly dark in her stream labs and you pretty much can’t see a thing, necessitating her putting the brightness up. This then needs to be altered when she plays on a much brighter map such as eyrie of crows. So on her behalf I’m asking is this normal? For anyone who streams this game is this a common issue that you have to deal with and you’re always adjusting your visual settings? Or is there something she should be doing differently?

Thank you!
