I have encountered this bug today where I was playing against a doctor, the perks he had were Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Overcharge and Merciless Storm. What happened is that I was working on a gen alone and when I reached 90% Merciless Storm triggered and I failed at the end, when that happened my gen literally regressed to around 10% instantly. Unfortunately I forgot to take any footage and I tried recreating what happened in a custom match but it regressed normally so I have no further information.
