Fix the genrush/slowdown meta.

This is the main issue with dbd rn. Killers facing high mmr complain about survs gen rushing and survs complain about slowdown perks being OP.

Both sides are right imo. If survs stack genrushing perks and have a great chase runners it's almost impossible for killer unless they run hardcore regression. If a killer runs a hardcore slowdown build it's very hard to counter play, impossible if you have an iffy (non swf) level of co ordination and aren't running genrush builds.

The problem is, how to fix it. Just want to see some suggestions that change the meta rather than nerfing one side into oblivion. Low mmr solo q survs and high mmr killers already have a bad enough time of it.

Personally I can think of two solutions that would work in concert. Nerfing the hell out of regression and genrush perks/items, namely eruption and the PR DMS combo. prove thyself and BNPs are pretty OP especially if stacked.

The other suggestion is to have the game be more fluid with regards to gen times. Like a rolling handicap/buff for whichever side is doing better/worse. There are two main ways to track which way the game is going. Hook states/deaths and gens remaining. I'm sure there could be a way to monitor these and shift the game balance accordingly.

Speed up repair speeds if there are lots of hooks states or a dead surv and less gens done. Slow down gen times if there are more gens done and only 2/3 hooks states. Maybe even give killers a basekit version of fired up, action speed increases as gens get done to help them win chases if they're struggling. Would make the game more intense towards the end and hopefully help players feel that the win is still there for the taking. Because currently a LOT of survs will ragequit very early on because they think they can call the game. And it's less common but not completely rare to see a killer ragequit because they can't end chases.

Obvs it's an insanely big change, a pipe dream if I'm being honest. It would require reworks of most perks and I doubt BHVR would bother to put time into such a big change when they are focussed on making sure they get a new chapter out every 3 months and churning out new outfits for feng to make that sweet sweet moolah. Just interested to see what people think and if they have other suggestions to benefit the game as a whole. Particularly if it's a more workable solution that BHVR would actually implement.
