Tome 13 - House of Arkham(Logs, Stories And Notes) Video

Description of Issue: I have completed and read all 7 entries in Tome 13 - House of Arkham however the video didn't unlock so I am unable to watch it.
Steps to Reproduce: Go into collection tab under Tome 13 and select House of Arkham tab with all 7 entries completed.
How often does this occur: Every time I check if the video is available after unlocking all 7 entries.
