PC - Devout Emblem Not Giving Points for Hook Actions

When playing as killer, the devout emblem isn't working as intended, the only points I have been getting in this category are for sacrifices and the 10 points for hooking all survivors. Occasionally, I will get a few points for hook actions, but usually, even if I get 9 hooks which says should give an iridescent, I'll just get bronze or silver when before the patch it'd give a higher emblem.
Step 1: Play a game as Killer
Step 2: Hook survivors some amount of times
Step 3: Finish the game
Step 4: Look at the Devout emblem and see you have gotten either 0 or 10 points for hook actions that trial
