PS4 - Post Match Menu Not Loaded

So i've encountered a strange bug Where my post match menu didnt load after my controller disconnected, as a side note if you wait long enough the killers walk animation freezes
Steps
1. Finish a Match
2. Just Before the post match menu loads Disconnect the controller to bring the reconnect prompt up
3. Reconnect Controller and Continue and your post match menu shouldn't load
as a few side notes I did get a archive notification to update my progress on my selected challenge
I also went back and I lost connection to my controller as I got brutal Killer
i also didnt get any emblems after relaunching since my archive challenge reverted back to 0
