PS4 version on PS5 Twins Adept trophy not working

I just got the 4k using only Twins perks and was not awarded the Adept trophy.
My guess, you forgot to program in alternate means of death. One of my survivor sacrifices was taken by the entity during endgame collapse.
Using the old system, I would have gotten the trophy based on emblems, so this new system is even worse than the old one while this is broken. Please fix this ASAP.
