Cleansing hex totem didn't remove its effect

I just had a match where I the killer only had Huntress's Lullaby for a hex, reached 5 tokens with it, I cleansed the totem, and the notifications never came back.

Pretty sure this is a duplicate

I just experienced the same bug. Survivors also receive notification about the hex before it has any tokens.
