(PS4) Got Merciless Killer with Huntress with 3 kills, didn't get Adept

I just received Merciless Killer rating with only 3 kills, even though per the last dev update Merciless is supposed to be 4 kills. Then, even though I got Merciless, I did not get Huntress's Adept.
