Coup De Grace does not grant you extra lunge distance, In addition to this I've had the perk stack up to 6 times on MacMillan Estate though I doubt that It was map specific. I was playing twins whilst this happened as well.

Has this been fixed? I played a match with coup de grace and I didn't get any distance with it.
