PC - Loading After Other Players

I don't know if this counts as a bug or not, but over the last week I've found that more often than not, I will load into the match behind the other players. This has lead to me being downed while still stuck in the match intro camera swing, and It's starting to get really frustrating.
The only way I can think of to replicate it would be to just... load into a match and hope the killer finds you first.
This seems to happen every 3 out of 5 games.
