All Platforms - Mangled/Sloppy Butcher applies to way more than just healing.

The mangled status condition which makes interactions take 20% longer to do -most often applied by the perk Sloppy Butcher- Is applying itself to healing, recovering on the ground, mending, and using or interacting with killer-powers like Wesker's sprays, Nemesis' vaccines, Artist's crows and Pig's Jigsaw boxes. Even triggering the use of a map or key will take 20-25% longer to do when you are mangled; which, in some cases, can be downright gamewinning for killer. It isn't just with sloppy butcher either. Add-ons like the Rusty Knife for Legion or one of the hatchet heads for Huntress can be and have been used to take advantage of the bugged mangled affect. It's to the point where killers who use Sloppy Butcher don't even realize that it's bugged and try to argue with me that it isn't. Either killswitching the perk to make it less common or fixing it as soon as possible would be a big help so Survivors aren't pretty much going against cheaters adding a 25% slowdown to crucial actions.

I've experienced this as survivor. It's making doing things that are not healing take longer than they should.
