Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Great patch and all but seeing that there isn't even a mention about it under the known issues makes me wonder
If you stun a killer you can't blind them, it gives them lightborn and sometimes when they break pallets they also get free lightborn.
Is this a new feature?
