Unreachable Pyramid Head Cage

As Pyramid Head, I sent a player with Torment into the dying state and then into a Cage of Atonement and the cage ended up in an unreachable location for both survivors and killer in Léry's Memorial Institute.
I played with Jolt, Agitation, Discordance and Starstruck with the Copper & Lead Ring addons and a Red Envelope.
This has only happened once so far. The image attached shows an estimate for the clipping, based on moving against the 'invisible wall'.
