Overcharge Skill Check

Don’t have any photo or video evidence to show since it’s kind of rare to come by, but lower tier versions of Overcharge display a much bigger skill check than it’s supposed to, despite the fact that it’s supposed to be a “tremendously” difficult skill check among all tiers. I know there was a time when the skill check used to be bigger among lower tiers, but it hasn’t worked like that for a good while now.

Pretty sure the skill check speed is also a little bit slower at lower tiers (in addition to the larger success zone). It's especially noticeable on tier 1.
