Pool of devotion blocked by invisible wall on lery's memorial institute

In the back corner of the map there's a spawn for one of the pools of devotion that was blocked by an invisible wall rendering it completely unusable for survivors. In the video you can just barely see there's also a paper lantern in the same corner. I'm not sure if that's what's causing the collision problem, but I thought it was of note.
