Bug in survivor tutorial on all platforms

Step 1: open game
step 2: open survival tutorial
step 3: in tutorial, when you get to step for palette jump character is glitched in corner . Cant continue tutorial.
tried to skip tutorial but when I do this all characters are showing as locked even the ones I purchased for additional money. Appears this is happening on all platforms for over a week
