Can't redownload DLC on Switch

After rebooting my Switch I reinstalled the game and DLC's. But the Epidemy and Jane are unavailable in my game. It says "bought" in the store, and does not show up in my list of redownloadable DLC's.
My platform is Switch, obviously.
What can I do?
