Pinhead box does not make sound or have electric glow while on ground from time to time

I wanted to make this report because I have not seen anyone talk about this bug and It has never been mentioned in the bug board so don't know if the devs are super aware of it. No way to reproduce as it just happens randomly it seems, the box when spawning in does exist on the ground but the sounds it makes and the electric glow it has does not seem to spawn with it, making it so that if it is in grass or garbage on the ground impossible to see. It happens at least once a match sometimes more.
