Killer got stuck when picking me up

I don’t know what caused it so no steps.
I was against a ghostface in chapel. I got downed on the stairs by the gen upstairs. Ghostface picked me up. No wiggle prompts appeared for 10 seconds, before he dropped me, and while being dropped I got the wiggle prompts, and it appeared he could not move when holding me. I couldn’t ask what happened from his perspective, as he was console. I assume he was stuck because he only was able to move his body.
