Didnt get my killer pack

Hello, i just bought the ghost face pack on alt (ps4) but hes still locked for me and when i look at auric cells it tells me that its not on saleb and yes, i rebooted my game and i finished the tutorial, i have no idea why im not getting it (im lvl 2)

Contact support for this and give them your account data (you can see your id in the settings in-game)
they can look into your account and see if something went wrong there.
