penalty from the game kicking me? bug since last event

so i dont know if this bug has been made aware but during the last event their was a bug that kicked me from server to the point where i had a 2 day penalty forcing me to make a backup because of this and just now i was kicked from the match and got a 47 hour ban from this game kicking me? this bug needs to be fixed i play on xbox and steam but mainly xbox so can this bug get fixed please because this is completely unfair that i got a penalty from your game kicking me saying i was disconnected from server any info an when this will be fixed will be appricated and i dont know if this is happining to anyone else
