Dedication Level Rewards

At the moment there is no reward for going up Dedication levels. For those who don't know, when your player "Level" Hits 100, you go back to Level 1, and gain a dedication Level. Small number under your player level.

Some players Don't have a lot of time to commit to the game to get say Iridescent ranks etc month to month, but still get time in over time to get their dedication ranks up. I think a way to reward players for time and commitment would be to award a large amount of Bloodpoints, say 1 million each time they achieve a Dedication level. This would reward their accomplishment, and give them some spending BP to keep prestiging characters, or level a character they don't want to play but want the perks from. Could even toss in say 1000 Shards as well. Would make the process of Dedication levels that much more meaningful. At the present, I could care less about it, so it would feel more rewarding.
