I love Dredge, I think he is a fun killer to play as and to play against, but DAMN can you fix the RNG on locker spawns. There are whole sections of map with 0 lockers. I was playing Red Forest and Coldwind and I swear a whole edge had 1 locker on it. Even on those large maps with Dredge's mobility, it is only as good as locker spawns. It is incredibly frustrating and brings the enjoyment down when you are hoping for better RNG then the last match.
