PC - Killer can bodyblock hook

I was playing on The Game/Gideon Meat Plant against a Ghostface and Ash got hooked, and the hook he was on had walls on 3 sides of it, so you could only approach it from the front. Ghostface was sitting in the only available spot, so even with the "unhook from any direction" thing, there just wasn't enough space to actually grab Ash off the hook, and Ghostface was able to facecamp him from first hook to death despite 3 people trying to rescue, because they simply couldn't actually rescue.
