PC — regression sparks from a repaired generator
A fully repaired generator was emitting sparks as if it was regressing from a gen kick or gen-exploding perk like "Jolt". I don't know at what moment this generator started to emit sparks as if it was regressing, so I don't know how to reproduce the bug.
