Do gens blocked by the entity stop to regress completely?

example
gen is regressing
dwight is downed then i pick him up with tremors
and now this gen wont be regressing for the time of tremors being active or in general it wont be regressing even though they are gone?

A regressing gen that is blocked will no longer lose gen progress while blocked, but it will continue to regress once it becomes unblocked.
This is how blocked gens worked originally and got bugged to still regress while blocked.
