PC - Not being able to heal myself/get healed by others

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Equip the tome challenge "Appeal to heal" in tome 14 and a brown medkit

Step 3 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 4 : get hooked by the killer

Step 4 : Notice others can't heal you nor you can heal yourself with the medkit, that is shown in the HUD, but not on the character; can't put it down or pick up a new item

  • Perks played: Decisive strike, visionary, prove thyself and build to last
  • Map: Ormond
  • Frequency of the issue: once
  • Killer had NO Franklins Demise
