PC - Crashes at game launch

I don't even understand how these crashes were working ;
since long, maybe one year or two, when I launched the game, it kind of secretly crashed sometimes : the game shows up to the little movie, but clicking to skip wasn't working, and waiting for the whole movie to end did nothing, except showin gthere really was an issue with the game. The only thing to remove the game in order to restart it, was to use ctrl-alt-del. This issue didn't appear at 100% of my launch tries, so I can deal with it, but if it can be corrected...
I had also a second crash, that blocks me from playing the game, but I noticed people were already talking about it. Since I'm not the only one with the issue, I don't think I should talk about it.
