can we get a penalty when people disconnect?

there needs to be something that happens when people disconnect apparently if you do it enough you get a ban but what happens for the people in the game that just got screwed?? nothing thats what sucks. the person that disconnects pretty much gets away with it unless they do it way too much. i dont have any specific ideas but something needs to happen because it just sucks. also dont want killers and survs working together to farm points? this is part of the reason why because people disconnect all of the time
