Bug while escaping the traps from The Trapper

a survivor falls into the trap in a short wall jungle gym, being put in the window. survivor is stuck in animation and can't escape (soft block). No one else can help him. The add-ons used were the iridiscent that re-open traps and the purple one that makes you escape and be on the ground.
