Dark Devotion is not working when a survivor frees themself from the chain

    Was the survivor injured already before breaking free from the chain? Going from injured to deep wound doesn't count as losing a health state and won't trigger the perk.

    What @sizzlingmario4 said. An Injured survivor going into Deep Wound doesn't trigger "on health state lost" events.

    You can use this with perks like Trail of Torment on Slinger as well: breaking the chain and putting the Injured survivor in Deep Wounds doesn't cause you to lose Trail of Torment's undetectable.

    They were not injured. They were healthy and went into Deep Wound.
