Broken perks for survivors and no choice

I'm facing a problem that all these skills "Repressed alliance" "Wiretap" "Blast Mine" are assigned to one button and I want to use only a certain skill and not all of them. The problem is that these skills go on cooldown and don't work together! and I lose 2 skills since he doesn't show an aura he doesn't have an explosion. Why did you give us a key assignment (ability 1/ ability 2) if I can't assign them.
These perks are weak and trashy and can't be combined together which is ridiculous and outrageous. "Repressed alliance" is now in the temple of secrets so a lot of people will come across this and be very upset that it is useless and they spent 2000 "shards" in the trash
