Perk "Pharmacy" -> no medkit

The perk "Pharmacy" doesn't gurantee a medkit.
This has been so for quite a while. over 3 months.
I tried 10 boxes. only 3 gave me a medkit and it wasn't even green...they were brown..
I hope you get into it. Many players use it to finish the quest "Use 3 medkits"

The perk activates only when you're injured when you search the chest. Did you do that?
