PC Steam - Forcefully Disconnected from host after End-game

Right as end-game Finished, i was forcefully disconnected.
This is the first time it's happened.(i have 500 hours)
- I recieved no Bloodpoints.
- The player of ASHLEY was killed by End-game but doesn't show him as dead on End-game screen.
- 5-10 minutes later, i recieved a "no network connection" warning despite having internet that was still working. This happened while in the menu screen; and is also the first time it's happened
