Hollow Shell should boost survivors
It says it gives 25% boost to all categories, and it doesn't say personal. But survivors don't benefit from it. Either change it to say personal or give survivors the boost as well.

okay so i did a favor for everyone. i went ahead and browsed my entire collection of bloodpoint offerings that i have from like... 4 years of on and off playing.
the shell is meant to be the alternative to the envelope for survivors.
the reason why survivor items say "personal" is because there are some that affect all 4 survivors.
the killer has only 1 bloodpoint offering item that i could find that says "personal" - survivor pudding.
this seems counter intuitive since bloody party streamers states "all players"
survivor offerings say "personal", but killer offerings do not in regards to the flower offerings. if anything survivor pudding should be changed. not shell.

Typically the boost says personal, stacks, or both. Hollow shell doesn't say personal so a quick glance at it would assume it stacks and applies to all players. I can understand why the other killer boost don't need to say personal since survivors don't have a mecriless category. The wiki doesn't show display things the same way the actual game does.
The key points here are it says stacks/personal maybe they should add one that says team because I would also expect bound envelope to also benefit the killer.

Before you go a rant, I would suggest that you read the descriptions of offerings more thoroughly next time.
Bound Envelope clearly says "to ALL survivors". The killer is obviously not a survivor and since it already includes ALL survivors, it's obvious why it doesn't say personal. To assume it includes the killer somehow is an unreasonable assumption to make.
About Hollow Shell: it's a killer-exclusive offering and since you only ever play with one killer at a time, adding "personal" to the offering descriptions is unnecessary.
