Gamebreaking Body-Bock Spot in the Thompson House

This isn't really a bug, but i hope that it's not intentional:
I recently had a game on the Thompson House map. At the end of the game the Killer (Deathslinger) hooked a survivor upstairs in the main buildung. He stood right at the staircase blocking my path and thus it was absolutely impossible to save the survivor, as there was no other way upstairs.
I can get that killers are able to bodyblock survivors for time, but this seems OP to me, since a smart camper could just rush with the first surv to the hook upstairs, and instantly get a kill. This is the first time i have encountered such a thing on the map. Unfortunately my shadowplay would not turn on, but i managed to do a screenshot. I hope this helps:
