HUD completely gone after mori of a survivor that disconnects during the animation.

• Affected platform: PC (possibly all)
• Issue: All of the HUD disappears after mori animation finishes if the survivor disconnects during it. Only the earned points will pop-up
• Steps to reproduce: Equip mori into the match, play out as normal until someone is mori-able. Once the mori animation starts have the survivor disconnect.
