Instant Wiggle Bug

Xbox- instant wiggle off without help of perks or teammates
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, get downed by Deathslinger
Step 4 : Notice the game instantly has me wiggle off as if I have Decisive Strike active when I don't
I'm not sure if this could be recreated but if it can here's the steps (i think)
Additional information
I played Nea
Sprint Burst, Windows of Opportunity, Resilience, and Vigil were my perks
Red Forest was the map
This happened to both me and our random Kate
