"Prototype Rotor" addon does not function

Currently, the Prototype Rotor addon does not give haste at all, regardless if a Drone was activated by a Survivor with a Claw Trap or by crossing the Scouting Mode beams. The addon currently does nothing.

This was on PC and I was running it with Agitation, Bamboozle, Thwack and Overcharge, and my second addon was Supercharge.

    Place a drone. Wait for a survivor to hack the drone and get a claw trap. Setup another drone. Chase them into that drone so they activate it. Walk into the freshly activated field... to get a... 5% movespeed boost 😕

    Sounds about right for an iridescent addon these days...
