Holding Left Mouse Button is Bugged , please Help !

Hello, my Mouse works perfectly fine its brandnew. It works on every Game. But since the last 2 Patches i cant hold M1 in DbD anymore. Playing Survivor is impossible and Killer is no fun and really hard without a Lunge-attack. I reinstalled the Game multipile Times, i checked all my Files, I tried everything ingame possible. This is a Bug because in Games versus Bots it works perfectly fine on Killer and Survivor side. I really dont Know how i can fix a Bug like this. Please Help me.
