PC - New Shelter Woods has a Fat Shaming Hook

So the new shelter woods has a tile with a fat shaming hook. I wasn't able to confirm if the survivors can squeak through the spot, but the killer definitely gets stuck when a survivor is on the hook. The tile number is HD01, and the issue only presents itself when a survivor is hooked there.
Steps to reproduce:
- Find tile HD01 on the new Shelter Woods map.
- Hook a survivor on the hook near the rock.
- Attempt to walk between the hooked survivor and the rock. The killer at least gets stuck and can't proceed.
