Healing issue
Right now survivors are healing insanely fast with COH, Medkits etc. I was hoping that new perk will nerf this meta but Leverage feels like Z- tier.
Here are 2 possible changes for this perk to make it feel like A tier:
1)
Leverage gains a stack whenever survivor enters fully healed health state by healing.
Stacks are capped at 10. Each stack increases time required to heal 1 health state by 5%.
Each stack decays after 30 seconds. Gaining new one refreshes timer. 10-th stack decays after 15 seconds instead - during this time all injured survivors are affected by Hemorrage status effect.
Too strong ? Think about this:

Leverage gains a stack whenever survivor enters fully healed health state by healing.
Stacks are capped at 10. When has at least 1 stack all injured surivors are affected by Hemorrage. Each stack increases Hemorrage effectiveness by 6%.
Each stack decays after 35 seconds. Gaining new one refreshes timer. 10-th stack decays after 20 seconds instead - during this time all injured survivors are affected by Broken status effect.
This change will prevent survivors from massive healing especially with this boon but it's also simple to counter: don't heal or be at 99% to prevent from refreshing timer.

You are too soft.
Clourophobia gives 50% slow healing on your terror radious and faster skillcheks from the begining.
A basic yellow medkit with no addons, no perks,no boons and no perfect skillcheks heals you in less than 12 sec.
If you have 5 charges 25% (half the amount) it goes to 15 sec, only 3 sec. To me thas still not worth. And there is no way you reach 10 stacks if those decays over time.
Even more, in order to get 10 stacks at how it is now, that means that 2 survs are already dead and other 2 have 2 hooks, by that point is almost unnesesary.
To me is that bad right now, that even with permanent stacks still not worth.
Agree with you in a buff rework by far.

Scourge hook: Laverage
Hooking different survivors (up to 4) give you a token. Each token gives survivors 10% reduce healing speed for the rest of the match.
You dont tunnel, you get a nice reward.
