Steam: 6.6.0: Pinhead chain portal on shelter woods roof

The roof of drone mommy's base is presumably marked walkable, and if I try to summon chains in the bedroom there the portal snaps up to the roof, which is useless and also makes the camera clip through the roof all ugly-like.
repro: Pinhead on shelter woods map, try to summon chains in the bedroom area, observe that it's hard to keep summon portal in the room, and that it wants to snap up to the roof instead.
