Lost access to latest DLC

I play on Xbox Series S and it says I need to purchase the Tools of Torment DLC again.

I have tried to restart the game and it doesn't work. I tried to redownload it from the Microsoft store and it wont let me do that as well.

    I finally got time to delete and redownload everything and I got access to the DLC back. I guess you can close this.
